Since then, it has birthed, Mateo’s Caribbean Flavors, with the Guiding principle of “We’re Here to Serve You”! Customer satisfaction and appreciation remains the focal point of our success and survival. The Restaurant commenced, when Sally saw the love, passion, ingenuity and creativity of her son in the area of Culinary Arts. She decided that such a talent should be showcased and true flavour should be available to all.
The smells, the taste, the deliciousness, the warmth of the food and the smiles on the faces of all the staff is a true reflection of the culture and authenticity of the brand and the love that it embodies. Today it is an international restaurant as guests flock from far and wide searching for specific dishes. It is such a sight to see glasses clasping, mouths chattering and guests having fun!
